The family took Emma to eat at the "Red Iguana" in SLC today. Real Mexican food and very yummy. Elder Felix had written that the food at the MTC in Provo is yucky. Emma will let us know if the food is good south of the border. Elder Felix also warned that the Mexico MTC does not have hot water or washers and dryers. An adventure is afoot for Emma.
After a tender and sweet good-bye to nieces & nephew and Sister Amy (Lisa is waking up at 4:30 a.m. to travel to the airport with Emma). We came back to Brigham to finish packing and we HOPE she has everything she needs!!!!!
It is so awesome to be able to be Emma's Mom :)
